Santiago Ramon y Cajal was a mythic figure in science. Hailed as the father of modern anatomy and neurobiology, he was largely responsible for the modern conception of the brain. 这本书虽然是写给young investigator，我觉得在各个阶段的人都可以读。如果读者是beginner，最重要的就是要有足够的motivation，如果实在不够，那就按照书上的建议去做吧。因为此书经过这么多人的阅读和验证，还是有足够的指导意义。如果已经在某个研究领域徘徊过一段时间...

作为一个研究生，很幸运能发现这本书。书中有很多发人深思的句子，对于指导科研工作是很有必要的。作者没有什么高谈阔论，而是娓娓道来，作者给人的感觉就是一位老者，恬静地给一个晚辈讲述科研的真谛。本书可作为每一个研究生入门的必读书。

哈哈，這本書再一次證明瞭我的想法，原來所有的人都在犯著同樣或者類似的錯誤，都會麵對同樣或者類似的問題，誰能想到一個一百多年前的西班牙老頭能迴答和解決這些問題呢？雖然書的名字叫advice for a young investigator，但是裏麵的內容還是很通識的，除瞭中間有一兩章不適用於我這個專業之外，其他都很有用
