如果说为什么新加坡会让大陆一次次的失望，从这本李光耀的回忆录可稍微见些端倪，首先呢，新加坡人就是新加坡人，虽然大多数人口的第二性是华人，但他们的国籍仍是新加坡人，这些人从19世纪中期开始，生活的不容易，为了生存而考虑，观点当然不同，所以不是新加坡人让我们失望了，而是我们期望太高了

评分好久没有看这么个大部头了。从领导人本人的角度来看很多事情，出发点和角度比xx专家写的领导人传记还是更为直接。整个一部近代史，尤其亚洲史。除了客观内容处理事情的view外，最值得思考的问题是新加坡作为一个小国的成功史，有什么是作为个人或者startup应该借鉴的。。
