评分其實本質還是獨立。人需要在沒有科技的環境下依然能夠獨立思考、獨立生存。工具隻是給我們的思考帶來瞭便利，但有時其實我們不需要那麼多便利，或者說過度的便利也是一種負擔。

评分新技術應該幫助我們更好地理解現實的、物理的世界，而不應該成為我們和現實世界之間的障礙。當網絡成為我們的整個世界的時候，當人們越來越變成他們手中的電子設備的附屬的時候，製定法律的人是否逐漸變成瞭計算機公司和程序員？很多引人深思的觀點，非常有趣。不是完全信服裏麵的一些argument，但是還是暇不遮瑜。
评分第一章到第八章有很有意思，但是第九章好像和前八章是兩本不同的書，雖然論述依然精彩，但是書的結構看來有點怪，減一星。
