I really like that Lisa didn’t go down the tutorial route and give us just another celebrity artist’s how-to book. Vintage makeup and makeup history are obviously a passion of hers, and you can really sense her tone and voice from the book. it’s way too general and concise, though. I wish she had put more material in it or dug deeper.

She has worked with many of the world’s top fashion photographers and on the faces of the biggest stars and models.
