Parsing techniques have grown considerably in importance, both in computer science, ie. advanced compilers often use general CF parsers, and computational linguistics where such parsers are the only option. They are used in a variety of software products including Web browsers, interpreters in computer devices, and data compression programs; and they are used extensively in linguistics.

評分开始被书开始的对角线证明方法难住了，后来找了Cantor的集合论和哥德尔的不完备定理相关的资料，pongda也有一篇文章讲这个的；不过看过这部分，后面formal grammer部分讲到通俗易懂，非常不错。
