评分记得课上老师说the “water” in the title is actually the “hope” 整本书在两个时间线里穿插 整个故事很丰富 人与人之间的关系及其变化 阶级之间的冲突 还有男女主人公和大象Rosie之间的感情 有很多细节都是让我动容的……除了发生在过去的精彩故事 年迈的Jacob对于马戏团古怪的偏执也很让人印象深刻
