作者說通過科技或商業手段這種所謂的雙贏策略是無法真正改變階級不平等的，富人/精英做這一切也不是為瞭解決問題而是忽略真正的問題從而維護他們的階級和財富。通過勾畫齣美好未來變相推動自己的商業發展，以及時代前進，而在這前進浪潮中，總會有很多普通人被落下，他們的睏境無人關心，所以這也是民粹主義抬頭的一個原因嗎？

Pithy analysis eluding the wrong of the capital society, all the hypocrisy and wishful thinking. The solution to the social and economic wrong could be more complex than simply going back to politics as the author suggested. Nonetheless an inspiring read, worth every idealist out there who wishes to do good by doing well

對於大企業的善意過於苛刻瞭。現實世界裏大公司自己也是如履薄冰吧，在社會責任和自我盈利的界限間搖擺，並沒有像書裏誇大的那種贏者通吃的局麵。但還是提供瞭一種新的視角，讓讀者警惕並重新審視大企業行善的動機。

這本書最大的問題並不是沒有給社會問題提供解決方法，而是它試圖解決一個反人性的無解問題 -- 存在的世界曆史都是階級鬥爭曆史。所謂上流階級給底層人民提供一個有限的上升空間已經是他們能為瞭自保利益作齣的最大的有限讓步；一個思維正常的公民也不會天真到需要讀作者的250頁糟糕寫作纔能意識到目前這些所謂平等運動是多麼的流於錶麵。因為作者作為麥肯锡alum所瞭解的一切都基於市場，可見他對於政治法律改革寄托的嚮往是多麼天真。另外，他的寫作真的太差。邏輯混亂，分析不到位，指鹿為馬雞同鴨講，一切寫作為瞭滿足降低自己作為精英的罪惡感而服務。能理解一些target school剛畢業的banker，consultant是這本書的目標人群，畢竟左派理想化的大學校園和畢業後的赤裸裸資本主義金錢至上差彆太大矛盾太多。
