評分Audible 上聽瞭一遍,覺得不錯又買瞭紙質書想快速掃一遍。實用而不雞湯的介紹如何養成 / 摒棄習慣的方法體係,強調重點在於依靠環境的設置而不是自製力。

評分非常實用好讀的自救技巧書,絕佳入門,不宜深究。對於大部分路人讀者來說,習慣相關的書看這一本就夠瞭,全書核心概念是最小習慣單位,把誘發習慣的環境和係統做微量調整便能開始迭代積纍,韆裏之行始於足下。比起《Drive》裏推導齣的習慣養成機製三部麯「觸發、行為、奬勵」,作者在中間加多瞭一個「動力」的第四象限,但這本書畢竟理論根基薄弱隻能靠案例來湊,四個象限中總有重復,這是我認為內容編排略顯粗糙的地方。最後的散文章節比正文更有趣,尤其是作者習慣的養成體係去套在「如何通過重復嘗試找到與天賦匹配的事業領域」這個問題上。
