真的好好啊写的，关于doubling；关于不一样的the last cut：临床上的postmortem和forensic postmortem：主动与被动；suspected homicide：conflict btw relative&public interest；读到parental misconduct那边，太难过了，法医的医患关系也不一定简单，震惊的是作者接受GMC的investigation之后再回到工作的描述是unbearable to enter, unthinkanle to run away；然后cross-examination真的太真实了哈哈哈哈哈expert witness无论在哪里都是哆哆嗦嗦

His persistent pursuit of untainted truth is admirable yet a taste of machismo is lurking between the lines
