重读第二遍。有些比较critical的地方Yalom也是写下了自己的wording，手把手教话术。感谢，以后估计还会定期巩固。

(2018.33) 前辈的经验之谈。Overall really insightful, especially the stress of using here and now. Although as an "EBT-brain washed" graduate, some of the techniques based on psychoanalysis are not going to be practical for me, at least for now, such as the importance of dream and self-disclosure. Makes me more interested in common factors of psychotherapy.

在读到《给心理治疗师的礼物》中关于“死亡”与“谈论死亡”的时候，我不由得想起我的经历和感受。 死亡像是一种奇怪的东西，以前的人常常说死去的人们去了天上，或者把死亡的终点喻为天堂是因为人们不知道人死后，意识究竟会流向哪里。并且死亡总是伴随着恐惧、痛苦...  

在孤独求索之路上，方向最重要。学习时跟对好老师，工作时遇到一个好领导，探险时跟随一个好向导，什么是“好”，可能就是那个让我们在迷失时更加坚定走下去的一种力量。我觉得无论学习心理学与否，读一读这本书都可以启发我们寻找对的老师，找到生命中的“好”。  

这确实是一本不错的书，书中的建议来源于作者多年的咨询实践，提及的都是心理咨询实操中会遇到的常见问题和关键问题。对于有志从业的初学者来说，这是本很好的指导手册；对来访者来说，可以学会如何更 好地“使用”咨询师；对更多的并没有接触过心理咨询的读者来说，也是一个非...
