Robert揍Colin的那一拳倒是挺妙的一个描写，通过前文暗示读者暴力的含义又不至于太露骨的表现Robert的情欲。

It's my first time reading McEwan's. The plots are mediocre and the pacing is unnecessarily slow, yet I can see what people like about him--all those masterful skills exerting commercial elements: sex plus violence.
