在书里看到了自己过去几年学习英语学术写作过程中遇到的种种问题。总结一下要点：（1）用平易近人的风格写作；（2）少用被动句，特别是缺乏动作主体的被动句；（3）别给句子加没用的修饰成分；（3）先写再改，动笔要快；（4）非要找到完美的写法才动笔，只会增加拖延。

很庆幸自己论文的指导老师站在这本书的延长线上...比起后来很多的Abbott的Digital Paper那本，这本话里更骚更直接。放出很多句子的修改过程让人觉得ok；第一章真太抓眼球了，因为自己就是被吐槽的那类人；然后后面说了大佬的成长之路（其实只要自己当段时间的编辑就立刻明白了其中的奥秘）；专业名词必须有，但句子不能写抽象。自己作为一个编辑感觉自己的论文能达到这个要求，那么接下来就继续祭奠必要的知识吧！
