Junichiro Tanizaki was a major writer of modern Japanese literature who wrote numerous books, including The Makioka Sisters and Naomi: A Novel.

评分一本完美的日本传统美学思想入门书籍。讲到了日本人对“暗” “岁月” “残缺”的欣赏。 最近一直在研究日本美学，了解的越深越发觉其中与中国传统美学思想的联系，也帮助我去思考和理解中国传统美学的价值。 日本虽说几乎所有的文化和艺术都直接或间接地受到中国文化的影响，但是我还是非常敬佩他们善于吸收和改进的精神--像中国的传统艺术，但是决然不是中国的传统艺术。日本美学还是非常有趣的，十分建议去多了解一下。
评分叙述性地论证，其实很个人喜好的事情，涉及到从心理到历史到社会的各个层面，浅显易懂，赞～
评分所以除了“质朴高雅”东方美学之外，民族主义的气息好重(都直接讨论肤色问题了)。不只是建筑布局，小到纸墨笔砚、餐具、礼器，大到艺妓、能剧都以所谓“阴翳浑浊”的外表为美。一切有金属色泽和亮光的都成了“西方”和“现代”了。这不就是更高一个层面的我与非我的观念？
