这书就像Seth Godin博客集。主要意思很简单，要成为Lichpin，你就必须是个artist而不仅仅是个普通职员，才能创造别人不能创造的价值，变得“indispensable”。然而，现代社会的教育系统和职场统统都是让人变得“可被抛弃”。要变得“不可被抛弃”，就必须成为artist，也就是发挥主观能动性1、2、3。概念不新但很正确，真正实践起来还是无处下手，只有些许指导意义，不看没什么损失，真要看，也不难看。
