KIN-LU WONG, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan, and is on the editorial boards of IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques and Microwave and Optical Technology Letters.
