這本書是目前能夠買到的綜閤晶體學理論和實踐的最好的教科書。我在國外念博士時聽過rupp的課，此人學物理起傢，還當過民航機機長，然後去美國某個國傢實驗室擔任研究員，據我所知，後來又離開瞭國傢實驗室去自己搞瞭一傢公司。確實是一個很神奇的人。搞蛋白晶體學的人建議持有本書作為參考。
