Fred Pastri, her brother, has left for the United States, where he lives with his lover Pat, a famous rock star. He abandons everything and travels back to his home town of Belem in search of his sister, between trying to forget and having to relive a family tragedy. He arrives in the midst of a police investigation, journalists, prostitutes and corrupt politicians. It is time for vengeance.
