Definitely not recommend. The bottom line of the book: Aid is the evil source of everything. But the whole book was so poorly written and organized to an extent nearly annoying. Overpriced and overvalued, period.

應該是一個很好的切入點，對比歐洲復興的“馬歇爾計劃”，亞洲四小龍，四小虎，墨西哥的經濟危機，討論瞭從布雷頓森林體係以來的對非洲的援助，初始的災情救援到後麵的政策化的工業化，民主化，生活救助，探討瞭非洲援助計劃的失效，……應該是很好的閱讀材料，但是書籍紙張真是太差瞭，味道刺鼻，“不忍卒讀”！
