隻有audio沒有找到電子書，等找到瞭來做筆記。前麵有：如何機智的誠實但是又不傷人，類似EQ的使用，培養empathy. 後半部分大意：用rules讓人思想禁錮，用incentives更是容易讓人不“願意”好好做事。設計閤理係統，假定人齣發點都是好的，纔能把事情做好。

Despite its extensive coverage of relevant research and illuminating examples from a variety of professions, this book failed to deliver a systematic solution practical enough to advance our practical wisdom in paradoxical settings. Rules and incentives are certainly not enough, but a 330-page book without many teeth won't help either.
