做IA的人可以放在書架上，有什麼問題的時候翻一翻，看看作者有沒有提到過解決方案。但是真的說當案頭reference麼，又廢話太多瞭……

這本書思路非常清晰，分為5部分：About information architecture、Understanding people、Understanding content、Designing an information architecture、Designing navigation；一開始就告訴讀者在設計IA時，需要的三個非常重要的因素：People、Content、Context；Context相當於業務需求，這部分在書中沒有做解釋。書中提供瞭大量的解決問題的思路，IA設計入門的好書。
