不过胡适在世的话么肯定是要把Kagan批死的。。。

Kagon老爷子研究希腊史一辈子，就是要跟修昔底德过不去啊！全书都在反驳修昔底德对伯罗奔尼撒战争几个重要事件的解读，并由此指出修昔底德号称客观背后的secret agenda。但最后结论盛赞修昔底德发明了政治史部分分明还是很动情的。不过被我发现此书竟然有段落重复出现的现象，难道是为了凑字数？

卡根老爷子真是深得赚钱之道，6、70年代写的四卷本之前拆了一卷叙事的《伯罗奔尼撒战争》出来，如今又拆出一本侧重历史解释和批判的来卖。只能说666了。总体看来许多结论非常有趣，不过由于篇幅所限论证和背景交代的很不完备，那四卷本该看还得看。
