评分Spade是法學學者，也做跨性彆青少年法律援助的一綫工作，這本書語言簡明，批判犀利。對美國主流的同誌運動策略（婚姻平權和反歧視立法兩大塊）的局限性梳理得十分清楚，並且是從實踐的層麵入手，討論社會歧視的結構性運作，將福柯落到實處，再提齣係統性的新政治運動的可能性。
评分觀點很新（講道理這個領域我也根本不熟悉啊）但提供的解決方法說到底也隻是設想而已，迴頭想想有種無路可退的絕望感。文筆不評價…
