確切來說應該是聽的有聲書。 ACT雖然有年頭瞭，但是個人卻是第一次接觸這種“反常規“健康“自助”思維模式，如何能做到不迎不拒，確實是一個需要練習的策略。常規的“自信”是會製造問題的。
