曆史的重要性，應該是不言而喻的。

The purpose of establishing a lender of last resort is to contain systematic risks which could spread, in stressed times, to affect other firms or countries that are otherwise healthy in stable periods. Still, the problem of moral hazard haunts, which brings about credit over-expansion and then the crash though the lender of last resort exists.

之前讀過，覺得寫的太亂，看不下去。幾年後再看瞭新一版的，居然覺得還不錯。略失之膚淺，但許多結論性的描述還是很到位的。跟明斯基的stabilizing an unstable economy 有不少觀點相近。

斷斷續續地看，主要是感覺前麵很多部分編排的令我感覺很混亂..主要觀點跟明斯基的類似
