看治疗师和案例Sally对谈，看着就很心塞。连班上的白人学生都觉得这样的therapy太不符合现实了。不过CBT也让人反思session中应该怎样运用frame、psychoeducation和homework。

作者是CBT创始人之女，本人也是非常优秀的治疗师。看过她的治疗录像，颇能化繁为简、四两拨千金。此书虽然文字一般，但胜在简明可用，算是认知行为疗法入门的好书。

初衷是自助，非常努力地从头到尾读完了，作为认知行为疗法的入门教程真的很实用，结构清晰、文笔流畅，理解起来并不困难（理科的英文真的比文科的好懂多了好么！）。
