原著意料之外的无聊。案件推理毫无波澜起伏，对话写得平淡无趣，没有太乱的感情线和战争阴影专注塑造牧师身份其实更好，但却总在无关痛痒的地方浪费笔墨。在 Goodreads 上看到有更喜欢剧版的书评说 "James Norton looks like a young Robert Redford"，这大概也是我觉得剧版还没有那么糟的原因之一吧。

有很好的设定，牧师相信一切和怀疑一切的对立，涉及了目前基督徒中意见有分歧的同性恋、伦理道德角度热议的安乐死等话题，可是。。实在写的平淡如水。反而显得daisy coulam的案件改编功夫不错～PS我能说我神烦Amanda吗？
