读到的另一本好书，关于希腊哲学家Epicurus的享乐主义，不过全文看来更像是老年幸福论，因为倡导老年才是人生巅峰，因为有智慧的人老来不再心猿意马，能像小孩子一样沉浸在纯粹的快乐中（友谊、游戏、无功利心的好奇探索...）。故事发生在爱琴海的Hydra岛上，雪白的屋子、石子铺成的小路、不紧不慢的岛民生活和美妙的希腊菜肴，也让我重温Tinos的旅程。疫情影响之下足不出户，也有神往之的乐趣。
