评分雖說是一位老年人的人生智慧，所有的哲學思考都建立在退休時有錢有閑的基礎上，對現在的年輕人來說，有些距離。

评分讀到的另一本好書，關於希臘哲學傢Epicurus的享樂主義，不過全文看來更像是老年幸福論，因為倡導老年纔是人生巔峰，因為有智慧的人老來不再心猿意馬，能像小孩子一樣沉浸在純粹的快樂中（友誼、遊戲、無功利心的好奇探索...）。故事發生在愛琴海的Hydra島上，雪白的屋子、石子鋪成的小路、不緊不慢的島民生活和美妙的希臘菜肴，也讓我重溫Tinos的旅程。疫情影響之下足不齣戶，也有神往之的樂趣。
