評分在美國上Mindfulness的推薦讀物。不算是很實用的指導書,但是很喜歡隔段時間拿齣來翻看,同以調節反思自己的情緒管理模式。

Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., is the founding director of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, as well as professor of medicine emeritus. He lives in the Boston area.
