和电视剧很不一样. 对我而言,连续剧最大的吸引是美轮美奂的衣服,鞋子,在书里似乎很少提到. 比较而言, 这本书比较注重newyorkers 的内心, 情感纠葛.

电影拍得很差，但小说写得不错，一幅纽约人的浮世绘。探讨了美国中产对性、爱、婚姻的态度。有一点像国内以前流行的一本类似情感访谈之类的书。
