回答了从小到大意识到、没有意识到的许多问题。最后一部分Syntopicon到后面没有细读，有一点需要的时候自己先行、遇到困难或对这个行动有了一定理解之后再求阅的意思。不然感觉有剧透之嫌。其他没有什么可说的，这本书跟帮助理解和解决拖延症一样，都是说明书，安装则需要自己动手去做。不过这本说明书实在写得很好，本身就是一个典范、一个对自身主题的练习入门。
