Biographies might not be justified in any sense. A piece of work itself is the best magnification, as Jung himself regarded so at first. To reflect one’s life is not unnecessary, but time can cloud or even wipe away. Journals and letters are better portrayers? Bold strokes could misrepresent sometimes.
