我在看魏斯“前世今生”这一系列书籍之前，情绪是非常低沉的，可能是疫情期间，看似被无限延长的时间和狭小的空间让我产生了精神迷惑，一时间忘记了自己接下来应该做什么，陷入自己制造的情绪恐慌之中，无法脱离。和这几本书相遇，算是一种缘分吧，我不愿意说这是巧合，这世上...

有那么一段时间，我都有点不清楚自己所走的心理成长之路的前方会有什么，我有点不太坚定，有点徘徊。 而当我再次看到前世今生，看到灵魂存在的意义，我再次坚定了自己的方向。

每一次的生命都是一次学习的过程，也仅仅是一次学习的过程，那些我们原有的欲望也是需要克服的一部份。虽然有时候感官是痛苦的，但那些东西都不是永恒的。我感受过心如刀绞得疼痛在3年以前。近期我感受到因为过于激动而抽搐几乎不能用身体与意志就能克服的颤动，让我无助和苍白...
