评分[读了第一遍小说正文] Not only romance, many interesting aspects of society and human heart. The amiable social bounds lay an essential foundation of their marriage.
评分Austen penetrates every aspects of landed gentry’s life in virtue of her social clairvoyance and scrupulous, logical, impartial narration; yet such detachment hardly obscured her own cynicism——especially her disdain for marriage, which further corroborated by her unmarried life. Her ideal relationship only exist in her writings.
评分It is truly universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife~
