Haven't read anything like this before. You can finish it in an afternoon in a bookstore. But you'll want to buy it after all so that you can take it home and stash it on your nightstand and relish it when you feel like it.

這是一本令人憂傷的書，瞬間明白Anne Carson為什麼會對Sappho感興趣。隻是我不大小的這個並不poetic也不vernacular的語言要怎麼做close-reading呃。。。好睏惑。。。

開放式結局好睏惑不知道geryon後來怎麼樣瞭很多自己體驗過的indescribable feelings都被寫齣來瞭anne carson好厲害啊雖然不是像神話中herakles殺死瞭geryon 卻殺死瞭他的心 (讀完之後會留意自己的影子看有沒有翅膀23333
