快看到一半的時候kindle壞瞭。比前麵讀的那本platform revolution強太多瞭。前者就是蹭熱點。開始讀的時候覺得寫的比較枯燥，硬盤發展曆史迴顧。後麵覺得這本書的觀點比較獨特而且也有說服力。

二十年後，基本復閤事實，EV還是那樣，有disruptive Tech，由低端入侵，也有高端入侵……還有免費，從全綫入侵????

GR 3.98 (600) 第一部分對於Disruptive Technology的研究方法和理論分析相當不錯，但第二部分的解決方式似乎稍有牽強，Quantun和Control Data那種封分而治，最後小魚成功吃掉大魚的模式並不易復製。這一理論的建立雖無法根本改變公司內部對待Disruptive Technology的方式，倒是促進瞭很多Sustaining Leader未雨綢繆地大肆收購小荷纔露的Disruptive Entrant, 尤其在科技領域
