The Innovator's Dilemma demonstrates why outstanding companies that had their competitive antennae up, listened astutely to customers, and invested aggressively in new technologies still lost their market dominance. Drawing on patterns of innovation in a variety of industries, the author argues that good business practices can, nevertheless, weaken a great firm. He shows how truly important, breakthrough innovations are often initially rejected by customers that cannot currently use them, leading firms to allow their most important innovations to languish. 呵呵，要比蓝海战略好不知道多少。我前年读的英文版，见人就推荐。 Paradigm Shift相关的书里面，Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado和这本书是俺最为推荐的三本。 当然，不知道这本书的中译本怎样，希望听到反馈。
评分 评分看了一下成书时间，1997年。现在是2018年的岁末，阅读此书时，对其想法的惊叹并没有随着这二十几年的岁月洗礼而褪色。尤其是最后一章用电动汽车作为案例，来举例如何判断破坏性创新、如何实施破坏性创新，这二十年的时间恰好是印证了其思考方法的高明。 成功者的悖论 不过震惊...
