Reading this book is just like taking a MBA course with a brilliant professor discussing all the possible strategic options to deal with disruptive technologies. Many concepts like 降维打击 successful Chinese Internet companies employed to disrupt incumbents actually follow the rules this book summarized. Can't believe it was written 20+ yrs ago
