Reading this book is just like taking a MBA course with a brilliant professor discussing all the possible strategic options to deal with disruptive technologies. Many concepts like 降維打擊 successful Chinese Internet companies employed to disrupt incumbents actually follow the rules this book summarized. Can't believe it was written 20+ yrs ago

The disruptive innovation is not only the answer for the innovators who want to find and enter a new market, but also the solution for the incumbents who want to prevent and protect the positions.
