弗雷德裏剋·布魯剋斯（Frederick P. Brooks, Jr.）是北卡羅萊納大學Kenan-Flagler商學院的計算機科學教授。他曾榮獲圖靈奬，美國計算機協會（ACM）稱贊他“對計算機體係結構、操作係統和軟件工程做齣瞭裏程碑式的貢獻。”
