简直是行动指南，清晰明了且详细，如照此行，可避免不少工作生活中的决策失误。本人受益匪浅，当经典保存，反复研读。

Proact法还是挺实用的，还有等价置换法也很实用，其实平时在生活里就已经在不知不觉的运用这个方法做决策了，现在更加系统化了。讲到心理陷阱那里感觉内容不太深入，也不全面，建议参考《决策与判断》还有其他心理学书一起看，效果更好。语言表达上感觉有点啰嗦，像“开放...
