It's an appendix book of the 7habits of effective people. It tell readers how to develop one’s statement mission, which must be include four dimensions and three kinds of life. The doctor’s description to the unhappy patient is very impressed me.

20180108 // 已读003 // 一个半小时不到读完的鸡汤（国文鸡汤都不看跑去看英文的？可能因为鸡汤文的词汇量才适合我？）其实我可以说是很没有理想、目标的人了：即没什么使命感，也没有觉得老天给了我什么不得了的天赋需要我挖掘发展，家里也没有什么祖辈理想需要我发扬光大，钱够花，有人疼，没心没肺的过着日子。但是书里还是有句话戳我了：“today is the first day of the rest of my life.”人生就活一次，稀里糊涂活完了太没意思了。书的最后有一处串问题列表，有点像小时候玩的指定朋友回答的问卷，说是回答完之后能更了解自己真的在乎什么，考虑找时间好好答一遍 w

Inspiring book with good point. I shall be obliged to detect personal mission. It is the mission that matters and shape your life. And the principle and belief is what guides you through the course.
