评分首先這本書的譯文非常好，沒有豐富的西方文化涵養和心理學知識是不可能達到這個高度的； 其次就是書本身，閱讀的過程如親眼目睹手術刀在自己身上遊曆，割開，皮開肉綻，你無法動彈，韆倉百孔，但終於在這血肉之軀中意識到自己存在的絕望性以及這種絕望帶來的一切可能性。 幸福感強的人建議不讀。
