阿甘本第一次在自己的著作中使用範式的思路就是在這本書中對蘇聯和中國範例的引用，在後來的文獻中也延續瞭這兩項範例所錶達的對人民概念的討論，颱版例外狀態的序言裏就專門提到過阿甘本將北京的例子更多作為無代錶性的群眾概念，但比較有趣的是阿甘本一直很關注的就是這類非建製性的人群是如何衝擊主權權力的，甚至還試圖為其提供閤法性，人牲裏提到的個體生命權利，最後還是有些接近人道馬剋思主義和無政府主義的老路。

重點讀瞭whatever和不可說的那篇，國傢不能容忍的是不確認身份隻體現belong itself的”whatever singularity”，這可能會製造齣anomie，是state與non-state的爭奪。阿甘本復雜的語言徹底把我腦子炸飛
