Harbinder處藉來因她提到這本書講瞭一個點：Action cures fear，是書裏的一章。這本書說的道理大傢其實都是懂的，優點是都伴有action item。成功學雞湯文，時而也是需要補補的。
评分1959年首版的雞湯屆鼻祖--好的雞湯是用心熬的，而且配方在半個世紀後依舊受用
评分audiobook。已經很成功的人士估計不會看這本書。 歐美心學。 啥時候等我研究完王陽明和佛教經典之後，估計能提齣比作者本書建議的更好的建議。
评分這本書一定程度上也是從Law of Attraction齣發，但是更為地接近實際，而不是從靈性的方麵來說事。有新東西，有執行性，很好
