个人觉得写的最好的是第一章，理论性很强，交互设计的方方面面都涉及了。

很奇怪，虽然alan dix的教材算是非常经典的，但alan的书的的确确不适合入门。而这本来自maryland的书与ben的那本都算是非常不错的入门级教材了，相比之下，可能ben的那本更生动翔实一点。
