這本書十分好讀，詞句難度都不大，很適閤語言學習者。而且沒有背景負擔，書裏對背景的介紹可以說令人發指瞭（有的時候能把人看自閉）。整體上相當於一個事無巨細的專題報道，從背景到行動到影響，生怕幾十年後的我們理解不瞭這件事的意義，當然瞭這是好事兒。隻是什麼事兒都怕自比，從書裏齣來的時候難免要感時傷勢，自知沒有那樣的勇氣，於是含羞帶愧的來打五星。

讀瞭一半，讀不下去瞭。後麵對FBI文件的描述，事無巨細。。

作者文筆極好，閱讀感舒適，幾乎是一口氣讀完，全書一半講Media Burglary ，一半講Hoover統治下FBI對美國國內異見人士，包括參加民權運動，反戰運動，婦女運動，同性戀權益運動和環保運動人士的壓迫和迫害，某些手段令人發指。在這種恐怖的氛圍和大環境下，更加佩服這些Burglary的勇氣，還有Comden28的案件，簡直可以拍成電影！這些勇敢者緻敬！

非常值得一讀。自由從來不是被賦予的，非要自己去爭取去捍衛不可。即使有時要付齣你所擁有的一切。PS 極權的滋生看來是個世界難題……
