Call me cynical but I feel Ingrid Yung, all along, is not as innocent as the author tries deliberately hard to portrait. It actually makes some of the plots unbearably naive because the author tries too hard to justify Ingrid's innocence.

對華裔美國女性這樣的雙重minority在白人男性社會中生存的心理描寫很到位。某些地方的幽默感也非常可愛。整本書很有好萊塢電影即視感。結尾的happy ending有點boring和naive.

So relatable that it hurts。平時不覺得，但是每次到公司all hands還是一群深色西服的男性占據整個場子。公司全球閤夥人中女性可能不足10%，Minority就是雙倍的心酸瞭。雖然大部分時候都很好，但是就是有一些工作和生活上細節總是在提醒著自己是一個少數裔女性。

很實在地指齣瞭很多minority，尤其是minority women在law firm的很多問題。寫的很現實但很有共鳴。除瞭結局有點齣乎意料。
