Thank you Dr. Kopp!!!! Very useful book. I wouldn't say it contains answers. I'd go with, it makes the questions less unbearable.

Trust psychotherapist,but do not rely on them totally.To some extent,they are catalysts that can accelerate the process of recovering,rather than decisive factors for chemical reactions.P.S.关于Carpe diem其实是老生常谈但禅师与老虎那个故事实在是impressive.
