這工藝還真是不一樣啊~~太鮮艷太精緻的完全不敢吃。。。
评分比較簡單的基礎入門書,教如何用marzipan和RTR做簡單的蛋糕外皮和裝飾。也就是所謂的wedding cake和裝飾性cake的入門圖書。比較推薦書中所介紹的製作cilla lily的方法，我嘗試下來的確能夠做齣比較漂亮的lily.
