Nine men. Each of them at a different stage in life, each of them away from home, and each of them striving--in the suburbs of Prague, in an overdeveloped Alpine village, beside a Belgian motorway, in a dingy Cyprus hotel--to understand what it means to be alive, here and now. 幽默的文筆，對於歐洲男性的思考很多細節的描寫都很貼切，切入的角度很有趣。
评分讀完P4, 不想看瞭。越看也就越“大多數男的，真的，也就這樣瞭，也就這麼迴事瞭。”【更新: 嗚嗚嗚，直到讀到Part 4，感覺作者的writing突然開光瞭。故事麼依然讓我: you know, men men men, they are predictably disappointing, as always, aren't they? *shrug and light a cigarette. Gif* 【舊評: "看看一包氣"係列。正好又是在快看完上野韆鶴子那本《厭女》時翻開的，達到瞭驗證的效果，再加上想起旅途中相關的荒謬匪夷所思但卻真實的所見所聞(好想寫齣來)，更加翻白眼加生氣哦。兩本一起讀真的對我"勸彎"效果滿分。
